IF YOU HAVE A ISSUE WITH YOUR ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE YOU LEAVE FEEDBACK. THANK YOU.I purchase plush stuffed toys from thrift shops, flea markets, garage/yard sales. Most of them are used although I do find brand new toys a lot of times. I clean toys with "DAWN" dish detergent if they need cleaned or I spray them with "FEBREEZE WITH DOWNEY" if they just need to be freshened up. I do this so the toys are clean and fresh and smell wonderful!!
